Videography Contract
Payment Terms (50% Deposit required at signing of contract to lock in the date, remaining 50% due at delivery of videography on the flash drive.)
1. Cancellation Policy (If client needs to cancel, the client must notify GP 48 hours before event or forfeit their deposit. We do reserve the right to postpone, or cancel due to in-climate weather conditions such as Lightning Storms, Rain or High winds.
2. Liability and Insurance Requirements: GP Aerial Perspectives will have the required insurance for any damages incurred from our services due to our Drones which sometimes can be blown off course due to high wind gusts or radio interference.
3. Terms & Conditions: The Client shall assist and cooperate with the videographer in obtaining the desired video’s, photo’s, including but not limited to specifying persons and or scenes to be video recorded; taking time to pose for video’s, photos at the videographers direction; providing a person to guide the videographer to desired persons and or scenes pre-shoot consultations, etc. The videographer shall not be responsible for videos not taken because of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
4. Usage Rights: The GP Aerial Perspectives retains copyright in the videos or photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the videos or photographs for which the Client pays.
Applicable Law
GP Aerial Perspectives shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and is insured by ERGO/NEXT insurance company.
